Read your reports in 30 seconds: seven numbers that matter

You do not need an hour every morning to understand how your channels are doing. Focus on seven indicators and know at a glance whether you are on track.

Read your reports in 30 seconds: seven numbers that matter

Reports full of numbers can confuse more than they help. The secret is knowing which indicator deserves your daily attention and which is just noise. Here are the seven that matter.

1. First response time

The average time until the first reply. The closer to "seconds", the better. A sudden rise means something in the automation broke and deserves an immediate look.

2. Automatic reply rate

The share of messages the bot handled without a person stepping in. A higher rate means more efficiency and a lower support cost.

3. Conversion rate

The share of conversations that ended with the action you wanted: an order, a sign-up, a booking. This is the indicator closest to revenue.

4. New subscribers

The day-by-day growth of your audience list. A growing list means healthy channels and future revenue.

5. Retention and unsubscribes

How many subscribers stay engaged compared with how many block or unsubscribe. A rise in unsubscribes is a sign of too many messages, or the wrong ones.

6. AI token usage

Watch your usage against your daily cap to avoid surprises on the bill, and rebalance the models when needed.

7. Best-performing posts and campaigns

Know what works and repeat it. This indicator guides your next strategy instead of guessing.

The 30-second routine

Every morning, glance at first response time, conversion rate and new subscribers. If the three are stable or rising, you are fine. Keep deeper analysis for one day a week.
